Tim Dillon and Janeen Belt-Dillon
Founders of Access Association Services, Inc.
In May 1997 Access Association Services, Inc. was formed with the common
goal of “Raising the Level of Association Management”™
Tim started his management career in the Midwest, and acquired
leadership skills with a working history of over 20 years in general
management and district management positions. His years of management
experience led him naturally into association management in which he
worked 10 years for a leading association management company in the bay
area. With the knowledge and experience of over 30 years of
management, Access was born in May of 1997, giving Tim 20 years in the
HOA industry.
Janeen’s background in administrative and accounting functions enabled
Access to meet the demands of a growing company. Janeen, a native
Californian has worked in the association management industry for over
twenty years, and combined with her 18 years experience as an executive
administrator and small business owner/operator, she is instrumental in
maintaining the growth of our company.
Marking the 10 year anniversary of Access, Tim’s 20 years in the HOA
industry combined with Janeen’s 20 years, equals 40 years of working
within the HOA industry, in which they have been successful in guiding
Access to be one of the leading association management companies in the
Bay Area.
